1. Your card isn't activated or fit for e-commerce purchasing.
2. You have prior commitments to your bank/telecommunications company and/or are flagged by Simah/Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB)/Ci-Net.
3. You have overdue payments with Tamara.
4. Tamara's intricate risk system considers the value of your purchase too high.
5. The value of the items you're trying to buy exceeds the allowed purchase limit.

How do I pay with Tamara?

• What happens when I miss a payment?
  At Tabby, we strive to promote responsible spending habits by carefully evaluating every purchase before approval. We also send regular reminders to ensure you don't miss any payments. It is important to note that if we are unable to collect payment on the scheduled due date, you will not be able to make any further purchases through Tabby until the dues are paid.
  In the case of overdue payments, a collection fee will be applicable for customers in the markets of UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
  As for customers in KSA, starting 16 December 2023, there will be no more collection fees imposed on Tabby orders.
• How do I make a payment?
  The fastest and easiest way to make your payments and check your payment status online and through the Tabby app.

  Yes, if you pay with a credit card (Visa / MasterCard / Mada).
• I received an error when trying to make a payment. What should I do?
  Here’s what we recommend you to try to make a successful payment:
  * Make sure that you have the latest version of Tabby’s app.
  * Make sure that you have sufficient funds.
  * Make sure that you entered all card information correctly.
  * Try again with another card or Apple Pay.

• How do refunds work with Tabby?
  Once you accept your customer's return, refunds with Tabby are easy with partial or full refunds. You can make a refund through the Tabby dashboard or automate refunds with our API documentation.
• When will the customer be refunded after we registered a return?
  After you register the return, your customer will be able to see the refunded amount back in the original card they used for purchase. This usually takes between 14-21 working days depending on the customer’s bank.
