This Seller Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between DOYUF GENERAL TRADING CO. L.L.C , hereinafter referred to as the "Platform," and the undersigned seller, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller."

1. Platform Services:
The Platform agrees to provide an online marketplace for the display and sale of the Seller's products.

2. Product Listings:
The Seller agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information for all products listed on the Platform, including product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory levels.

3. Commission
The Seller acknowledges and agrees to pay the Platform a commission of 20% on the total sale price of each product sold through the Platform.

4. Payments and Settlement
Payments for sold products, minus the agreed-upon commission, will be processed by the Platform and settled to the Seller's designated account within 14 days.

5. Order Fulfillment
The Seller is responsible for timely order fulfillment, including packaging, shipping, and providing valid tracking information. Failure to fulfill orders promptly may result in penalties or suspension of the Seller's account.

6. Product Quality, Authenticity and Returns
The Seller is responsible for delivering products of the highest quality and 100% Genuine as represented on the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to initiate returns and refunds on behalf of customers for defective or misrepresented products.

7. Marketing and Promotion
The Platform reserves the right to market and promote the Seller's products through various channels, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, and affiliate programs.

8. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either party with a 60 Days written notice. The Platform reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of a material breach by the Seller.

9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of this business relationship.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.

The Seller agrees to give a similar offer/discount as provided on other platforms by the seller
or their own website.
